UCrave Kitchens provides free shipping for orders over $50 within the Leslieville area. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 will be charged. We use eco-friendly packaging to ensure that our deliveries are sustainable and responsible. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

REFUND POLICY
UCrave Kitchens stands behind the quality of our products and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return label and process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned item. Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items.
